Payment & Terms
Payment Terms: NET 30 days from receipt of signed POD and invoice. Submit signed BOL, signed POD, and this Rate Confirmation to billing@tql.com or fax (513) 683-2669. TQL QuickPay available at 2% discount — funds available within 24 hours.
Special Instructions
- Driver must call dispatch with ETA 1 hour before both pickup and delivery.
- No unauthorized stops. Any route deviation must be pre-approved in writing.
- Load bars required. Straps and corner protection at driver's discretion.
- Signed BOL required at both stops — no exceptions.
- Report accessorial charges (detention, layover, lumper) within 24 hours or claims may be denied.
- Trailer must be swept, clean, dry, and odor-free prior to loading.
